Making an Acupuncture Appointment

To make an appointment please call 917-502-4566.

Appointment Fees:
The fee for your first appointment is $125 (consult plus treatment)
(approx. 1 1/4 hours)

Your follow-up appointments: $100 (1 hour).

Some guidelines to follow:
If possible please wear or bring clothing that gives easy access to
your abdomen, back, arms and legs (i.e. tank top and short or baggy
shorts).

Please make certain you are not too hungry or too full before your
acupuncture treatment; and, no alcohol should be consumed before
or after your treatment session.  

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of your treatment.

Cash
Check
Debit Cards with MC or Visa logo
Credit Cards:  MC, Visa and Discover Card.

Health Savings Accounts:
If you have a HSA through your employer you may be able to use it
for acupuncture treatments.  Please check with your employer's
Human Resources department.  If your HSA covers this service and
you have an HSA card with a MC or Visa logo we can then charge
your HSA account directly.

Insurance:
We do not participate with medical insurance coverage at this time.  
However if your medical insurance reimburses patients for
acupuncture we can provide a super bill which you can submit to
your insurance carrier.  Please check with your medical insurance
carrier regarding its reimbursement policies for acupuncture.   
Payment remains due at time of service.

Making a Chi Nei Tsang Appointment

Please allow 1 hour for your session and wear loose
fitting clothing.  A top and loose waisted pants works
well for Chi Nei Tsang.

For a Chi Nei Tsang appointment you will need to
complete the Chi Nei Tsang Intake Form which can be
downloaded below.  If you do not have Adobe Reader
you will need to download that first.  Please see
"Making an Acupuncture Appointment" to download
Adobe Reader.

appointments canceled with less than 24 hours
