Over 25 Years
Experience as a Health
Professional
Acupuncture & Chi Nei Tsang
Gloria Provitola's present practice of acupuncture evolves out of 25+ years as a
health professional that began as an integrative massage therapist in 1984. She
has treated over 15,000 people for pain and stress. Gloria utilized many types of
massage and bodywork techniques: craniosacral techniques; trigger point
acupressure and myofascial release. She integrated into her massage the best
techniques to bring about the fastest results to relieve pain, release myofascial
constraint, and reduce overall stress for the patient.

As Gloria matured in her work she became increasingly interested in energy
based practices.  She became a Reiki Master (1998), Healing Tao Instructor (2004)
and Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner (2006). Here she found that patients often came
with far more chronic life-disrupting, but not life-threatening problems with which
Western medicine often did not seem to be able to help them.  All her years of
experience and study along with her desire to help her clients led her to her
present profession as an acupuncturist
.
